The Skatepark
As good as it looks with a good variety of features and everything being very skateable. As it has been built over some old tennis courts the ground surface can be a bit rough, tearing you apart at speed, which is what you will need if you want to clear some of the features. But hey, you arent afraid of a little blood are ya? Oh, there is also a new mini since this photo was taken.

Smack bang in the middle of town, well actually down near the viaduct in Victora Park, next to the markets and New World.

This is a deceptively poor park. The concrete is old and haggard. It was built on top of a tennis court. The ramps are too far apart. There is a new bit in the top left of the park with nice ledges, but the kids skate that and only that

unfortunately the Victoria Market Skatepark is officially demolished since the 7th of Feburary 2010 to make room for the new tunnel. new one should be built once tunnel is completed

Yeah it sucks the new one will be finished in mid winter. Hope its better than the old one.
